NGPA Members on GPA Site

You are now able to view your chapter active members on the GPA website! This is updated every night. Whenever you need to look to see if someone is a current member of your chapter, you will be able to pull it right up from the GPA website by the instructions below! This will also eliminate the new member and renewal emails that Barb sends you whenever someone joins or renews. Each chapter will be able to view the renewals and new members as frequently as they choose.

You will be able to export the list to an excel spreadsheet by the click of a button! The list shows all active members. GPA is still working on the bugs to have it pull inactive members as well.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the GPA website (with your username/password).
  2. Click on the About tab.
  3. Click on the Chapters tab.
  4. Your Chapter’s three tabs will show up. There should be the public page (ex: Heart of America Chapter), the private page (ex: Heart of America Chapter – private) and the membership list page (ex: Missouri/Kansas-Heart of America Chapter Members). The Chapter Members page is the page that has the member list on it.
