Program Association – Grants & Scholarships: The Community Foundation of Western Nevada is seeking a Program Associate.  Please help us spread the word to people you know who may be interested in applying.  This is a full-time M-F 8am-5pm hourly position that will help manage the growing workload of grants and scholarships.  The position will be trained and supervised by the Program Officer and will play a major role in the growth and continued success of the Foundation.  Experience with grants and programs in nonprofit organizations and a bachelors degree in a related area is desired.  The position includes paid holidays and PTO, 403b match, and limited medical benefits.  Starting date will be early January.  Salary will be commensurate with experience.  Interested candidates must submit a resume no later than Friday, December 23, to Tracy Turner, Program Officer, tturner@cfwnv.org

Grants Manager: Tahoe SAFE Alliance formerly Tahoe Women Services, Incline Village. Full time position; Responsible for grant writing and grants management for all of our California and Nevada grants. Monitor all agency services to assure compliance with contracts and grant requirements. Work in coordination with the Residential Manager, Client Services Manager, Children’s Program Manager and Prevention Manager to ensure compliance with contracts and grants including meeting project goals and objectives. Prepare or assure preparation of all regular programmatic and statistical grant reports in a timely manner. Research and prepare proposals for new government funding sources, for public and private foundations and corporate funding. Minimum three years experience in grant writing and grants management.
