About Us
Established in 1998, the Grant Professionals Association is the premier professional organization representing the needs and concerns of grant professionals. It is an international nonprofit membership association that builds and supports a community dedicated to serving the greater public good by practicing the highest ethical and professional standards.
The Nevada Chapter of the Grant Professionals Association (NGPA) was established in the spring of 2010. Annually, NGPA strives to accomplish the following:
- Host four quarterly meetings that include professional development programs
- Volunteer at a charitable event chosen by members
- Promote the professional and educational opportunities available through the national Grant Professionals Association
- Support the planning efforts for the 2011 Grant Professionals Association Annual Conference, which will be held in Las Vegas from October 5-8, and
- Participate in a social networking mixer so members can enjoy camaraderie and build relationships in the nonprofit community
